Arto Vaarala Kirnu – Free MIDI Arpeggiator

Kirnu MIDI Arpegiator

First thought that pops into my mind: Amazing GUI! (right?) I can’t believe this thing is free!

The guys at SonicState.com also stated this is perhaps the best arpeggiator available on the market today, and I have to agree. I’ve been playing with it for about half an hour, and it’s simply amazing.

You’ve got total control for every parameter, AND every knob has MIDI-Learn capability which can be used to manipulate every parameter in real-time. That’s cool, huh?

Top Features

  • Easy realtime tweaking
  • User friendly pattern view
  • MIDI learn for every major control
  • Two independent CC controls with ‘teach’ functionality
  • Numerous of different scales
  • Hold mode

There’s not much else to say about this, because, you know… it’s an arpeggiator, it doesn’t do that much, but what it does, it doest it exceptionally. Bravo, Arto Vaarala!

As I’ve said, this baby is free of charge, you can download it and abuse it any way you like. And if you have some spare money, you can donate a small amount to keep things going.
